The Moon Shots To Cure Cancer

The MD Anderson Cancer Center in Texas has announced a new initiative to cure cancer based on former President Kennedy's optimism and pro-science outlook when he decided we would send a man to the moon.

The Center estimates the cost at about $3B for the first 10 years.
