Here's some intellectually lazy media coverage of some anti-nuclear propaganda "study". The propaganda basically says that Fukushima happened, some U.S. nuclear plants have had some leaks, therefore U.S. nuclear should be shut down.
Of course, the organization thought that U.S. nuclear plants should be shut down prior to the "study". Does it really matter how many people live within 50 miles of the plants? That is just an excuse to put together some propaganda in the guise of a "study".
Yes, some plants have leaked some tritium, but the risks are trivial.
Which is why there was no risk assessment in the "study".
