Sounds pretty official doesn't it? Below is a video with con man Arnie Gundersen who mentioned the "organization" in the context of scientific debate about external versus internal radiation exposures.
There is no debate.
The ECRR is basically Dr. Chris Busby and fellow anti-nuclear activists (like Yablokov, who wrote the NYAS book that they decided not to publish anymore since it was an embarrasment and nun Rosalie Bertell). That LLRC link is another Busby franchise. So he lies in both but uses one as a scientific body of reference for the other.
And naturally, Gundersen quotes them as if they have some scientific merit, which they don't.
I'm reminded of the geocentrist debate, another debate which isn't.
