Her point is that we get the Dose and Dose Rate Effectiveness Factor (DDREF) from the NCRP's Report 64 from 1980.
Hello????
Have you ever heard of BEIR VII from 2005 (sometimes dated at 2006)?
BEIR VII describes that if you exclude the tumors which atypically depend strongly on cell killing, the DDREF goes from 10 or more, down to 2-3. This value matches what we see in cellular studies.
They go into great detail to explain why Ms. Yanch is wrong.
But apparently she's never heard of BEIR VII.
