Hey Mitt - A Nuclear Weapon Is Not A Dirty Bomb

Presidential candidate Mitt Romney doesn't seem to understand the difference between a dirty bomb and a nuclear weapon.  He would if he was reading the RIB Joint.  Obviously the construction and blast effects are hugely different.
